MainStreet Family Care is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our busy urgent care team in East Ellijay, GA. This full-time role emphasizes rapid, patient-centered care across all ages, with a focus on delivering high-quality urgent and primary care services.

New graduates welcome after HQ orientation and training, with extensive on-site support, on-call guidance, and access to pediatric urgent care courses. Expect a fast-paced environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite
• MSN or higher education required, FNP board certification

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID and other URIs
• Perform minor procedures and suturing
• General orthopedic evaluations and x-ray review
• Lead a small team and guide clinical decision making
• Treat patients of all ages including pediatric and geriatric populations
