Job summary

MainStreet Family Urgent Care in Savannah, GA is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our full-time urgent care team. You will provide patient-centered care across ages, lead a small team, and work in a fast-paced clinic with extended hours.

New grads welcome after HQ orientation; DOT certification encouraged; competitive compensation with starting bonus, CME allowance, and benefits. You will diagnose, treat, prescribe, and collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality family care.

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher education required (New graduate friendly).
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (company covers cost).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using EMR and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and treating cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other URIs.
• Minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.).
• Suturing and splinting as needed.
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management.
• Review of x-rays with Radiologist over-read.
• General Dermatology and eye concerns handling.
• General EKG interpretations and emergency management.
• Treating patients of all ages including pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Occupational medicine and telemedicine duties.
