Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Milton, FL is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join as a full-time provider. You will deliver urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine services, while leading a small team in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher degree required (new grads welcome).
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (company covers cost).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients within your scope of practice in urgent care settings.
• Perform minor procedures and wound care.
• Provide urgent, primary, telemedicine, and occupational medicine services.
• Lead a small team and collaborate with medical assistants.
