MainStreet Family Care in Live Oak, FL is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to lead a clinic in a high-volume urgent care setting. You will diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of patients across all ages, with strong emphasis on teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• FNP board certification required.
• MSN or higher degree required.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients within your scope of practice in urgent care.
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries (cold, flu, strep, etc.).
• Perform minor procedures (nail removal, foreign object removal).
• Lead a small team of medical staff.
• Provide telemedicine and occupational medicine services.
• Participate in training and orientation for new providers.
