Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Burlington, NC is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team. You will provide patient-focused care in a fast-paced environment and lead a small team.

New grads welcome. We offer on-site HQ orientation, training shifts, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a strong support system including a pediatric urgent care course and provider on-call.

Qualifications

• FNP Board Certification required
• MSN or higher degree; new grads welcome
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (company covers cost)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients across all ages in urgent care
• Lead a small team of medical assistants and provide mentorship
• Perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, toenail removal) and wound care
• Utilize telemedicine where appropriate to extend access to care
• Follow established treatment protocols for consistency and safety
