Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Florida-licensed Professional Land Surveyor to lead surveying projects across the state. You will prepare and certify ALTA/NSPS surveys and oversee final deliverables with a focus on quality and timeliness.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and knowledge of Florida surveying statutes. You will collaborate with engineers, developers, and municipalities on land development and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Florida PLS license or ability to obtain one.
Strong experience with ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys.
Knowledge of Florida surveying statutes, regulations, and land records.
Experience managing projects and survey teams.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar survey/CAD software.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and certify ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys.
Oversee plats, CSMs, retracement surveys, and final survey deliverables.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
Provide technical direction, mentorship, and oversight to survey staff and field crews.
Coordinate with engineers, developers, architects, title companies, and municipalities.
Support land development, transportation, and municipal infrastructure projects.
Assist with proposals, client communication, and business development.
