Job summary

LHH is seeking a licensed Florida Professional Land Surveyor & Mapper (PLS/PSM) to join our engineering and surveying team in Boca Raton or Port St. Lucie.

This role blends technical survey work with project leadership across a diverse portfolio of development and infrastructure projects. You will prepare and certify boundary, ALTA/NSPS, easement, and topographic surveys; research deeds and title commitments; lead field crews with GPS and robotic total stations; and draft deliverables in AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Active Florida PLS/PSM license required.
• Experience with boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic surveys.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience leading survey field crews.
• Strong organization and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and certify Boundary, ALTA/NSPS, Easement, and Topographic Surveys.
• Research deeds, plats, title commitments, legal descriptions, and public land records.
• Review ALTA/NSPS Table A requirements and title documentation.
• Lead and oversee survey field crews utilizing GPS, robotic total stations, and other electronic survey equipment.
• Draft, review, and QA survey deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage project schedules, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and help drive successful project outcomes.
