Job summary

IH Services, Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Supervisor to oversee floor-care operations in commercial settings. You will supervise cleaning, stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing, ensure quality standards, and train floor technicians.

The role requires knowledge of flooring materials, safe operation of buffers and scrubbers, and strong time management. You will work on-site, maintain a hazard-free environment, and support custodial duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for proper floor maintenance.
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects as required for the job.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members.
