Job summary

You will operate floor machines, perform stripping/waxing, burnishing, and carpet care, while ensuring safety and timely completion of tasks. This role offers training, career growth, and opportunities to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience with floor machines, stripping/waxing, burnishing, and carpet care.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel as needed (Gainesville, FL and Saint Mary’s GA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment.
• Train and support team members; inspect work for quality.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Assist with additional services such as pressure washing and window cleaning.
