Job summary

You will operate floor machines, perform stripping/waxing, burnishing, and carpet care, while ensuring safety and timely completion of tasks. This role offers training, career growth, and opportunities to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel as needed (Gainesville, FL and Saint Mary’s GA).

Job Description

The Lead Floor Tech is responsible for overseeing and performing floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of scheduled floor care tasks, operating and maintaining floor care equipment, training and supporting team members, inspecting work for quality standards, and helping promote a safe and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate has floor care experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example. Experience with floor machines, stripping/waxing, burnishing, and carpet care is preferred. We will provide additional training on our proven processes and leadership expectations.

In addition to Floor Care, this position includes special services that consists of pressure washing, moving furniture and equipment if needed, Window cleaning and multiple job types.

90 day probation period, must maintain a good attendance track record, (able to work evenings and weekends as needed) willing to travel as far as Gainesville Fl, Saint Mary’s Georgia

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous floor care experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must have clear MVR
