Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking energetic individuals for part-time floor care positions in our service footprint across Florida. Responsibilities include maintaining hard surfaces and carpets in client facilities, following a set schedule, and promoting a safe work environment.

We provide training on our proven floor care processes. Benefits include daily pay, medical, dental and vision options, paid vacation for full-time team members, and 401k with employer match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No janitorial experience required. We train you in our best practices.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing and safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE per OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities.
• Adhere to a schedule and ensure safe, timely completion of floor care tasks.
• Operate floor care machinery following training and safety standards.
