Job summary

Integrity National Corporation is seeking a Floor Technician Supervisor to lead floor care operations across the facility. The role involves supervising floor technicians and custodial staff, providing coaching, and ensuring work meets company standards.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, attention to detail, and can work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality floor care services, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of floor care experience and supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor finishing, stripping, waxing, burnishing, and carpet care procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of floor technicians and assigned staff.
• Inspect completed work for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Train employees on floor care procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
• Perform floor maintenance including stripping, waxing, sealing, buffing, burnishing, scrubbing, and polishing hard surfaces.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment (auto scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, extractors, wet vacuums).
• Perform carpet care services (extraction, spot cleaning, shampooing, stain removal).
• Maintain inventory of floor care chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning products and chemicals.
