Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a Lead Floor Care Specialist to maintain interior cleanliness, manage floor projects, and support daily facility operations in Fort Collins, CO. This role requires coordinating with the Project Manager and evening crew to ensure timely completion of tasks and coverage for vacancies.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in janitorial and floor care, HS diploma or GED, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One (1) year janitorial experience required.
• One (1) year of floor care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning of building interiors, dusting, polishing, and restrooms.
• Perform floor project work: scrubbing, waxing, carpet care.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and evening crew for tasks.
• Set up/tear down for conferences and events.
• Report daily needs to the Project Manager and assist with scheduling.
• Ensure safe working environment and adhere to procedures.
