Team Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a world-class team

  • IICRC training & designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Mold)
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
  • Adaptability to change
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and overtime if needed

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork
  • Supervise pack-outs and inventory/evaluation of items
  • Perform high-level mitigation services (water, fire, mold, demolition, carpet cleaning) under supervision
  • Self-manage and manage time effectively
  • Write estimates following carrier guidelines
  • Manage job schedules and coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist team members and collaborate across departments
  • Represent our brand professionally
  • Communicate proactively with staff, customers, and insurance adjusters
  • Re-inspect sites for quality control
  • Resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain inventory and equipment
  • Manage projects and teams
