Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Print Operator training program preferred.
• Must have 5+ years as a 1st or 2nd press operator in Flexographic printing.
• Good color perception and ability to read letters/symbols.
• Effective communication and mechanical aptitude; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and monitor printing presses to meet quality/efficiency standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures in the printing area.
• Control color levels visually and with Xrite iControl; review roll samples for defects.
• Collaborate with team and management to meet production schedules.
• Record production metrics and complete required reports; support continuous improvement.
