Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years as heavy/light duty fleet technician, with leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with partner clients directly
• Assist site manager with parts inventory and charge-out via QR codes using internal maintenance system
• ASE Master Medium-Heavy Truck Certifications (T1–T8) are highly preferred; a current DOT Inspector certification is required
• Valid driver''s license and ability to pass DOT physical; Class A or B CDL highly preferred
• Technical Savvy: air brake systems and multiplex electrical networks; forklift/MHE knowledge a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to train junior staff

Responsibilities

• Advanced diagnostics & repair on medium- to heavy-duty vehicles and diesel engines
• Shop leadership: assign daily work orders, review repairs for quality, mentor apprentices
• Diagnostics & complex repair: heavy diagnostics on engines, complex repairs on transmissions, air brakes, and suspensions
• Diverse asset maintenance: light-duty vehicle and MHE maintenance per site configurations
• Compliance & inspections: PM and DOT safety inspections and regulatory adherence
• Software proficiency: Cummins Insite, Jaltest, Noregon, Diesel Laptops to read data and clear codes
• Safety & standards: maintain OSHA-compliant, clean shop environment
