Job summary

Vehicare Fleet Solutions, a Clarke Power Services company, seeks a Fleet Service Technician Level C for our Lancaster, NY shop. You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a 41-CNG truck fleet in a clean, 6-bay shop, earning up to $30/hour.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience as a heavy/light duty fleet technician.
• Knowledge of air brake systems, electrical circuits, chassis components, trailers, and liftgates.
• Active progress toward ASE Medium-Heavy Truck Certifications (T1-T8) is preferred; DOT Inspector certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections (PM) and DOT safety inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on medium- to heavy-duty vehicles; maintain MHE as needed.
• Use diagnostic tools to read data, clear faults, and run diagnostics.
• Communicate with clients about repair needs and status updates.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant, clean shop and safety protocols.
