Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Lead Fleet Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing delivery equipment. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, coordinating external services, and managing parts inventory to ensure reliable transportation.

This position offers compensation between $105,000 to $115,000 annually along with generous paid time off, health insurance options, and an education investment plan for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in fleet maintenance.
• Ability to lift 30-60 lbs repetitively and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Capable of working autonomously and in a mobile manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Develop strategies to align resources with Transportation Operations.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities.
• Maintain parts inventory and perform monthly inventory.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems.
• Train colleagues and communicate maintenance issues.

Skills

EPA 608 & 609 Certification

Diagnostics and repair of brake systems

Diagnostics and repair of diesel engines

Diagnostics and repair of refrigeration units

Diagnostics and repair of hydraulic liftgates

Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems

Ability to communicate corrections

Valid driver's license

Physical stamina for extensive walking and lifting

Proficient in English

Education

High School Diploma or GED
