The role includes supervising a mechanics team, ensuring training and licensure, liaising with guests, and optimizing routes to cut costs while maintaining safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as snowmobile/vehicle mechanic with maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of repair procedures and hands-on tooling proficiency.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mechanics team with daily work direction and maintenance events.
• Ensure fleet licensure and up-to-date training for all technicians.
• Communicate with guests about snowmobile issues; report budgets and schedules to management.
• Perform inventory checks and routine maintenance on vehicles and snowmobiles.
• Develop efficient routes and transport schedules to reduce costs.
• Operate company vehicles on property and manage asset records in HotSOS.
