Job summary

A leading wellness studio is looking for a dependable leader to open and manage daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean and organized environment, support a positive team culture, and drive customer service excellence. With a clear path for advancement into management roles, you will help onboard and train new Sales Associates while also celebrating team successes. Candidates should have a passion for health and wellness and possess strong customer service and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure everything is clean, organized, and ready for the first members.
• Support the team by reviewing the day’s appointments and goals.
• Offer coaching and support to the team.
• Help onboard and train new Sales Associates.
• Keep the studio running smoothly even when the Studio Manager is off-site.
• Close up the studio and celebrate team wins.

A Day in the Life
