Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Head Coach to design comprehensive fitness programs and lead a team of coaches. The role focuses on client acquisition, retention, and onboarding of new coaches while partnering with the General Manager to drive performance.

The Head Coach will spend ~60% in personal training and ~40% on onboarding and coaching staff, with a minimum of 30+ hours per week. This is a full-time, club-based position in a dynamic fitness environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach.
• Holistic fitness program design and consultation experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to work 30+ hours weekly, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to adjust and operate fitness equipment.
• Demonstrate safety in exercise techniques.
• CPR/AED certifications required.
• Degree or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals.
• Mentor coach performance through observation and training.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new coaches.
• Assist GM in interviewing and hiring coaches.
• Support GM on goal setting, scheduling, and coach performance.
• Build fitness business through new client acquisition and retention.
• Set expectations and track progress with clients.
