Expect about 60% time in personal training and 40% in onboarding and coaching new staff. The position requires 2-5 years of PT/fitness coaching experience, a holistic design approach, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach.
• Holistic Fitness Program Design And Consultation Experience Required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Full-time position; 30+ hours weekly; weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals.
• Mentor Coach performance through observation and development.
• Onboard and train new coaches; assist in interviewing/hiring by GM.

Skills
