Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for surgical staff.
• Coordinate daily workflow and staffing for First Assist staff.
• Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative teams to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Assist with scheduling, call coverage, and department operational issues.
• Participate in policy updates, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
