Job summary

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
3+ years of engineering program management experience.
Experience in consumer electronics or embedded systems with firmware/software/hw-sw integration.

Responsibilities

Own the program plan end-to-end across firmware, hardware, and system integration workstreams.
Lead structured program reviews across the lifecycle for cross-functional alignment.
Drive convergence with data: bug triage, burn-down tracking, data-driven projections.
Be the communication backbone: updates for engineers, cross-functional partners and leadership.
Identify and mitigate risk; escalate to leadership when needed.
Support factory and field readiness; collaborate during hardware build stages.
Build organizational clarity with defect tracking and cross-functional gates.
