Brady Corporation is seeking a Lead Firmware Engineer to join our printer UI team, focusing on developing UIs for benchtop and portable thermal transfer and inkjet printing systems. This position involves designing, implementing, and testing UIs.

The Lead Firmware Engineer will leverage their expertise in UI design to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions that meet product requirements. They will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive innovation and improvements in our printing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop high-quality code to support Brady's hardware products.
2. Read schematics and datasheets, utilizing hardware and software debugging tools to complete projects.
3. Participate in designing solutions that meet customer needs.
4. Document designs, write clear and concise code, comment appropriately, and create documentation outlining code functionality.
5. Follow Brady's iterative development process.
6. Manage the development of large modules within a team setting.
