Job summary

Restoration Experts is seeking a hands‑on Lead Fire & Water Restoration Technician in Ronkonkoma, NY. The role involves managing fire, water, and mold restoration tasks from start to finish, setting up drying equipment, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed.

You will document moisture readings, use mobile apps for logging, and travel to multiple job sites within the service area. Experience and IICRC certifications are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in fire/water/mold restoration.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Comfortable using restoration software like MICA, CompanyCam, or similar.
• Tech‑savvy and confident using mobile devices and apps.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle fire, water, and mold restoration tasks from start to finish.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.).
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup.
• Take moisture readings and document progress.
• Use mobile apps to track jobs, take photos, and maintain logs.
• Follow IICRC standards and safety procedures.
