Job summary

Johnson Controls in Devens, Massachusetts, seeks a Supervisor, Fire Repair Scheduling to lead a centralized dispatch team and ensure on-time delivery of sprinkler services. You will guide onboarding, manage performance, and resolve escalations with a focus on world-class customer service.

The role requires experience in customer service, fire sprinkler work, and proficiency with Oracle/SEDU, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years in a customer service role.
• 2 years of fire sprinkler related work experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle/SEDU, Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, detail oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of dispatch coordinators and assist with complex customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead scheduling of sprinkler service work using the SEDU Platform.
• Coach and mentor team members; drive performance through training and mentorship.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and handle escalations effectively.
