Marksman Security is hiring a Fire Captain at the Toyota Battery Plant to lead emergency response operations, protect personnel, and ensure safe, efficient facility operations. This role demands a seasoned fire professional with strong leadership and industrial safety knowledge.

You will oversee prevention, suppression, drills, and incident management, working closely with safety teams to uphold top-tier compliance and security standards across a modern manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Certified Firefighter 1 and 2 required.
• 10+ years of paid fire service experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• NIMS 100, 200, 300, 700, 800.
• EMR or higher certification (EMT/Paramedic).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train an elite fire response team.
• Oversee fire prevention, suppression, and safety protocols.
• Conduct drills, inspections, and emergency preparedness exercises.
• Respond to and manage on-site emergencies.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and procedures.
