Job summary

Ace Technologies, LLC in Macon, GA is seeking a Senior Fire Alarm Technician to install, program and service Fire Alarm systems, and lead installation projects with customer collaboration on building system integrations.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in a related field, NICET II or higher preferred, and a valid driver's license. Travel across Florida and Georgia is common. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position/field.
• NICET II certification or higher preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required and background checks may apply.
• Post-secondary certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs physical security systems at customer locations to restore full functionality.
• Performs preventative maintenance as required by service contracts.
• Troubleshoots issues remotely using provided software and internet access.
• Travels to customer locations across Florida and Georgia on a day-to-day basis.
• Works independently to researching and resolving equipment issues.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Assists with other technical support issues as needed.
