Job summary

JPI seeks a skilled Lead Punch Out Technician to finalize multi-family units for turnover. You will identify, repair, and resolve punch list items, ensuring workmanship meets company standards for safety and presentation.

You will work between the workshop and job sites, measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and drywall, finishing framing, doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim to achieve premium interiors.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; carpentry apprenticeship preferred.
• At least 3 years of carpentry, drywall, tape bed, and texture with finish focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive walkthroughs of units and buildings to identify outstanding items on the punch list.
• Complete minor repairs across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical, hardware, flooring).
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of outstanding work.
• Track and update punch list status for the project team.
