Job summary

Rally Construction Group is seeking a detail-oriented Punch-Out Technician to perform final paint touch-ups and repairs before homes are delivered to builders. You understand that the finishing details make all the difference and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

You will correct surface imperfections, match colors, maintain clean work areas, and communicate material needs and jobsite concerns to supervisors to meet builder deadlines while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous construction painting experience.
• Experience matching colors and completing paint touch-ups.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete paint touch-ups, repairs, and final detailing.
• Correct surface imperfections and color inconsistencies.
• Repair drywall blemishes prior to painting when necessary.
• Maintain clean work areas while protecting finished surfaces.
• Meet builder deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
