Blind Tiger, an exclusive speakeasy-style restaurant inside Reunion Ktchn Bar in Aventura, Florida, is looking for an experienced fine dining server to lead our front‑of‑house service and deliver a world‑class guest experience.

You will be the main server in the room, working with a support server to ensure elegant service, warm hospitality, and knowledgeable guidance on our premium offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead table service during your shift, supported by an assistant server.
• Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Serve dishes and beverages with precision and refined technique.
• Recommend wines, sakes, and cocktails based on guest preferences.
• Communicate the quality and sourcing of our ingredients – including imported Japanese fish and meats.
• Maintain a polished and composed presence in a fine dining environment.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a fine dining server.
• Strong knowledge of wine, sake, and cocktails (certifications a plus).
