Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Lead Analyst, Financial Systems to drive planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting initiatives. You will lead automation efforts and partner with Finance and IT to deliver scalable system solutions that improve performance.

The role is hybrid, with on-site Wednesdays, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in finance/financial systems, and experience with SAP BPC, HFM, Anaplan, and advanced Excel. Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, or related discipline.
Experience with planning, consolidation, or reporting platforms (SAP BPC, HFM, Anaplan or similar).
Experience managing data loads, reconciliations, and system administration.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead system readiness activities for month-end close, forecasting, and planning cycles.
Manage financial data integrations, data loads, reconciliations, and validation.
Administer financial systems including user access, security, hierarchies, metadata, and governance.
Support planning applications through requirements gathering, testing, deployment validation, maintenance, and production support.
Partner with Finance and IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Develop and maintain system documentation, operating procedures, governance standards, and master data controls.
Lead system enhancements, upgrades, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
Provide reporting support, end-user training, and SME for financial planning and reporting systems.
