Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Lead Analyst, Financial Systems to drive planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting platform initiatives. You will lead readiness activities for month-end close and planning cycles, manage data integrations, and partner with Finance and IT to deliver scalable system solutions.

You will administer security, governance, and master data controls, while developing documentation and training. Hybrid role requires on-site Wednesdays at the designated Stryker office.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in finance or related fields.
• Experience with financial planning, consolidation, or reporting platforms is essential.
• Strong data loads, reconciliations, and system administration experience are expected.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead system readiness activities for month-end close, forecasting, and planning cycles.
• Manage data integrations, loads, reconciliations, and validation across planning and reporting systems.
• Administer access, security roles, hierarchies, and governance for financial systems.
• Provide requirements gathering, testing, and production support for planning applications.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and data controls.
• Drive enhancements, upgrades, automation, and process improvements for efficiency and controls.
• Provide reporting support and end-user training for financial planning systems.
