Job summary

Stryker seeks a Lead Analyst, Financial Systems, to spearhead planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting initiatives. You will drive automation, partner with Finance and IT, and deliver scalable system solutions with strong governance. Hybrid role with on-site Wednesdays.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in finance or financial systems, plus experience with SAP BPC, HFM, Anaplan, and strong Excel skills. Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in finance, accounting, financial systems, or related field.
• Experience with planning, consolidation, or reporting platforms like SAP BPC, HFM, Anaplan or similar.
• Experience managing data loads, reconciliations, and system administration.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead system readiness activities for month-end close, forecasting, and planning cycles.
• Manage data integrations, data loads, reconciliations, and validation across planning and reporting systems.
• Administer financial systems: user access, security roles, hierarchies, metadata, governance controls.
• Support planning applications through requirements gathering, testing, deployment validation, maintenance, and production support.
• Partner with Finance and IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and master data controls.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and automation to improve efficiency and controls.
• Provide reporting support, end-user training, and SME for financial planning and reporting systems.
