You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, executive communications, and strategic analysis alongside a team at the forefront of leading AI adoption across GTM Finance.

What You'll Do
  • Drive outlook, long-range planning (LRP), and QRF strategy for Adobe Enterprise Topline, ensuring forecasts are accurate, timely, and based on a clear understanding of the business.
  • Partner closely with sales, sales strategy and operations, and regional finance teams to surface risk and opportunity early, strategically set targets and KPIs and build benchmarks.
  • Produce well-crafted executive reports and insights that convert complex data into clear narratives that empower decision‑making.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to enable automated, self‑serve access to real‑time financial information.
  • Plug into and help build the broader automation strategy, finding opportunities to streamline forecasting, reporting, and analysis workflows.
  • Develop solid, positive connections with partners across regions, business units, and functions to encourage alignment and mutual objectives; assist in conversations about budget priorities, return on investment, and go‑to‑market plans.
What you need to succeed

  • PowerPoint skills, ability to combine intricate, cross‑departmental information into coherent stories for executive audiences. Clear and effective communicator, able to present data in a way that encourages executive action.
  • Proven relationship builder, able to influence and align collaborators across regions, business units, and functions.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adaptable to a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with large, complex data sets; strong SQL skills and comfortable operating with new AI tools.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and strong data storytelling skills.
  • Strong self‑starter with a bias toward action and a track record of delivering business insights that have built strategy.
