Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to partner with the Corporate Technology Infrastructure team. You will lead planning, forecasting, and reporting across operating and capital expenses, using AI tools to improve processes and visibility.

You’ll build models for budgeting, headcount, depreciation, and investment decisions while delivering actionable variance analysis. Collaborating with Accounting, Procurement, FP&A, and Technology teams, you’ll drive governance

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business partnership roles.
• Familiarity with AI tools and analytics techniques to improve financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and decision support.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Understanding of technology infrastructure cost structures, including cloud, software, hardware, telecom, and labor-related expenses.
• Experience supporting OpEx and CapEx planning.
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills; experience with IBM TM1, Anaplan, Workday and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Corporate Technology Infrastructure leadership team.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly close processes for infrastructure-related operating and capital expenses.
• Leverage AI tools and analytics to enhance financial planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, headcount planning, cost allocation, depreciation/amortization impacts, and investment decisions.
• Provide insightful variance analysis and identify key cost drivers across infrastructure categories.
• Partner with technology leaders to evaluate business cases for infrastructure investments and transformation programs.
• Track and report financial performance against budget, forecast, and strategic targets.
• Support capitalization analysis for eligible technology investments and ensure alignment with accounting policies.
