Job summary

RecruitVine in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a Lead Financial Advisor with a strong background in retirement income planning to meet with new prospects and grow the firm’s clientele. You’ll work with a dedicated support team while marketing is provided, focusing on annuities, tax strategies, and legacy planning.

You’ll typically schedule five appointments per day, present to groups, and guide clients from first conversation to funded plans, with a guaranteed draw and a transparent compensation

Qualifications

Five+ years as a financial advisor with retirement focus.
Active Series 65/66 and Life & Health licenses required.
Strong closing track record and ability to present to groups.
CFP designation a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet with new prospects, about five appointments daily, guiding to a funded plan.
Build retirement income, tax, and legacy strategies including annuities/insurance.
Present educational seminars about once a quarter.
Involve clients’ families in planning conversations and service standards.
