Job summary

Primary Recruiting Services is seeking a Lead Financial Accounting & Reporting Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA. You will own consolidation processes, review financial statements and footnotes, and research GAAP matters to support accurate reporting.

The role collaborates with auditors and cross-functional teams, supports acquisitions and integration, and helps implement new accounting policies while strengthening internal controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of public accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements and footnote disclosures.
• Ability to research technical accounting issues and document conclusions clearly.
• Exposure to acquisitions, divestitures, consolidations, or other complex transactions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project-management skills.
• Willingness to work in the Pittsburgh office three days per week.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:
