Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• CPA preferred; CMA, MBA, or other advanced qualific. advantageous.
• Experience with warranty, lease, reserve, or other complex accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the team's accounting, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, journals, and internal controls.
• Lead and develop one Finance Analyst, setting priorities and coaching.
• Lead warranty finance and accounting, including reserve analysis and reporting.
• Serve as the primary Finance partner for Digital Technology, supporting results and budgets.
• Own backlog reporting, data maintenance, and controls, in partnership with FP&A.
• Own lease accounting processes, with journal entries and reconciliation.
• Ensure SOX compliance and interact with internal and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement using CIMS tools.
