As a Lead Finance Analyst, you'll provide financial leadership and process ownership for key accounting and business processes supporting Pierce Manufacturing. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll own a portfolio initially including warranty, Digital Technology finance partnership, backlog actual reporting, and lease accounting, while leading and developing one Finance Analyst. You'll be accountable for the team's overall results and determine how work is prioritized and allocated based on business needs, complexity, capability, and available capacity. You'll partner across Finance and the business to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective forecasting, strong internal controls, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys combining hands-on financial work, business partnership, process improvement, and people leadership.
