Job summary

American Regent in Ohio seeks a Senior Team Member to lead the Manufacturing Team across aseptic, sterile pharmaceutical production. You will oversee filling, packing, and line clearance, while mentoring junior operators and ensuring proper batch documentation and equipment use.

You will also perform parameter setups, assist in technology transfers from R&D, and provide signatory approval in the absence of the supervisor. This is a full‑time on‑site role requiring flexibility and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree and/or college in a relevant field is a plus.
• 1 year as Filling Operator II or above; 3–5 years in related field preferred.
• 1 year experience in a training role preferred.
• HMI-PLC/SCADA control data system experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Mechanical aptitude for assembling and repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read English-language SOPs and manuals.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, stages, and returns production materials.
• Assists team with equipment assembly, cleaning, and storage.
• Maintains cleanliness of equipment and areas.
• Maintains equipment and supply inventories per production schedules.
• Ensures only approved materials and equipment are used.
• Ensures personnel have training records for tasks performed.
• Uses approved documentation and procedures.
• Supports filling line operations and offloads finished product.
• Performs machine diagnostics and repairs when needed.
• Performs parameter setup for all manufacturing technologies.
• Attends training programs per SOPs and policies.
• Acts as Supervisor in Supervisor's absence.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
