Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) seeks a skilled File Transfer Engineer to design, operate, and optimize secure file transfer between internal systems and external clients. You will work with IBM Connect:Direct, IBM DataPower, and AWS Transfer Family to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, troubleshooting complex issues, and participating in on-call rotations to support Tier-0/1 platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in IT or infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with secure file transfer platforms and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Implement, operate, and support managed file transfer platforms (NDM, DataPower, AWS Transfer Family).
• Monitor file transfer workflows for high availability and throughput.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues including connectivity and encryption.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for Tier-0/1 platforms.
• Collaborate with application, security, and external clients to ensure secure integrations.
