This full-time role requires at least 3 years in water restoration, strong leadership, IICRC certifications preferred, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. On-call rotation and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years in water restoration or related services.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• IICRC WRT or ASD certifications strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise water technicians during restoration projects.
• Assess water damage and develop mitigation plans.
• Oversee water extraction, drying, moisture monitoring, and related restoration services.
• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and care of equipment and tools.
• Accurately document project progress, moisture readings, photos, and service records.
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and internal team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Train, mentor, and support junior technicians.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency restoration services as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
