Job summary

Echodyne seeks a System Verification and Test Engineer II to join our fast-growing team in the United States. You will own verification testing from design through field execution, translating requirements into effective test campaigns while driving product improvements.

You will pilot UAS and lead flight teams, ensuring safety and quality across radar systems. Responsibilities include developing test plans, coordinating with engineering and research, and deploying test equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in systems, mechanical, electrical engineering, or similar.
• 2+ years in system test and verification.
• FAA Remote Pilot Certification (Part 107) or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute verification testing of radar subsystems and software.
• Coordinate across teams to translate requirements into test plans.
• Lead a small team of test participants or pilots for field testing.
• Provide detailed feedback on hardware/software issues and user experience.
• Develop and deploy test equipment for verification testing.
• Operate UAS and lead the UAS operations and safety team.
