Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Technician to anchor major placements under IBC special inspection programs. You will lead pours, mentor junior technicians, and own the quality of the record on projects where stakes are real.

You will document inspections, coordinate with engineers and officials, and support multi-state deployments on defined project programs. Travel and ongoing certifications are supported and valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+ or higher, or ACI field certs.
• Comfortable owning the testing record on major placements.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians; coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
• Document inspections per project IBC programs; manage the testing rhythm at the truck.
• Support multi-state deployments on a project basis and defend records during audits.
