Titan Electronics, a division of Marksman Titan Security Group, is seeking an Advanced Technician / Project Manager based in Nashville to lead and coordinate complex electronic security installations across Titan client sites. The role blends hands-on technical work with project management and client-facing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on security systems experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with electronic security systems installation and service.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects or leading technicians across sites.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage wiring, network topology, and power systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute electronic security installation projects from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, and client contacts to meet milestones.
• Lead installation, programming, testing, and troubleshooting of access control and CCTV systems.
• Ensure on-site safety and compliance with codes; maintain project documentation.
