Job summary

CLEAResult seeks a hands-on Field Technician to lead a team delivering residential energy efficiency upgrades across New Jersey. This role combines field work with leadership opportunities for a top technician who wants to advance to foreman while still in the field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in home improvement or skilled trades.
• Strong knowledge of home systems and residential construction.
• BPI Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of technicians performing residential upgrades (insulation, air sealing, efficiency).
• Coach and develop technicians on safety and quality standards.
• Own job quality and productivity, ensuring projects meet program standards.
• Troubleshoot on-site installation challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Represent the company in the field and build homeowner/partner trust.
• Track progress and document work for the operations team.
