Job summary

Flatiron Construction Corp is seeking a Survey Party Chief in Alpharetta, GA, to play a crucial role in the $4.6B SR 400 Express Lanes project. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of survey and land mapping experience along with knowledge of heavy civil projects. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in survey and land mapping.
• Experience in heavy civil projects required.
• License Surveyor In Training (LSIT) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide work control lines and elevations for accurate measurement.
• Assist in evaluating potential dimensions and field problems.
• Perform layout work competently as specified by survey manager.
• Provide checking of as-built conditions using surveying techniques.
• Conduct topographic and cross-section surveys.
• Assist with quantity calculations as required.
