Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise surveying tasks throughout project duration.
• Identify drawing discrepancies within building layout.
• Establish baseline-building controls and work points; calculate, coordinate, and layout points with accuracy, based on project documents.
• Ensure coordination between trades using contract drawings, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Conduct As-Built Surveys and submit data to owner.
• Develop work schedules and crew assignments.
• Assist with site safety and quality programs and ensure compliance.
• Complete time sheets, reports, and safety paperwork daily.
